Exhibitor Services

All inside 10' x 8' booths include backdrop, side rails and a standard sign, an eight-foot draped table, two chairs and a waste basket. The large inside spaces will be equipped with one draped table, two chairs and a waste basket. For these spaces, if additional furnishings are desired or draping is required, they may be obtained from the show decorator, Special Events Rentals.

Electricity is available for a fee for all inside exhibit spaces. Special electrical orders, such as a three-phase connection, can be arranged in most spaces for an additional fee, depending on booth location and the type of service required.

Wood orders can be made through the Expo, or exhibitors can arrange to have their own wood delivered to their lot.

Forklift service for loading and unloading exhibit materials is available through the Expo at no extra charge.

A complete Exhibitor Services kit will be sent to exhibitors once a contract and deposit are received.
